9:30 p.m. - UCC Meeting Update

11c is unanimously approved and the council reports that 11d (regarding employee pay cuts.) The council will take up the rda's lone item now:

Review and Consider a Proposal from the Solar Living Institute (SLI) for a Public Private Partnership in the Establishment of a Pilot Green Collar Vocational Education Center. If Applicable, Authorize the Executive Director to Negotiate and Execute the MOU and Approve the Corresponding Budget Amendment.
